Fall and Halloween Blog Hop

Hi ya Everyone!
I am sharing two projects I did for a blog hop that Stephanie over at Always Crafting is hosting.  She asked a number of bloggers to participate and I was lucky enough to be one of them!  I love making fun things for Halloween and I started to notice this year that really I don't have near enough!!  A number of the blogs along the way are having goodies to share!  If you've just happened by my blog and want to join in the fun start at Stephanies blog hereScrapadoo is sponsoring and they are giving away an awesome prize - so make sure to head on over to Stephanies blog to see what it is!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! You have to comment on all blogs to qualify! Now, if you've come from Momo's blog you are in the right place!  I do have a little candy I will be giving away today too.  My only requirement is to post a little comment and tell me your favorite thing about fall/halloween!!  You will have to come back by at the end of the hop to find out if you won!

Here's my first project - as many of you know - I LOVE me some Tiddly Ink Stamps - the challenge this week at Tiddly Inks Challenge blog is to create a card/project using a crackle effect or diamond glaze.  I chose to use Diamond Glaze/Glossy Accents.  It's not dry in the picture but I did this purposely because it shows up a bit better when still wet.

First, I used my Gypsy to create the cauldron from Happy Hauntings.  I attached the shadow Witches Brew phrase to the cauldron.  I cut all objects on my expressions and adhered them.  I then designed a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 easel card.  Lastly, I used this cute Betty Belfrey Tiddly Ink stamp.  I colored her with my Copics and popped her from the rest of the card.

I added a few rub on ghosts and this cute little pumpkin from my paper stack.  I topped it off with a black ribbon and then added the glossy accents to my bubbly cauldron!  I love how this card turned out.

My second project is a complete scraplift from Donna Mundinger's blog - Popsicle Toes.  She created this for the BBTB2 Minimonograms project and I fell in love with it.

I again used my Gypsy - Mini Monograms and Mini Monsters.  I used the font from Nursery Rhymes.  I popped the little ghosts and added googly eyes to a number of the skeletons on the paper.  Oh, yeah I also ran the ghosts through the xyron and added some flocking so they would match the skeletons on the paper - they are also fuzzy.

I then punched some holes and added a few rings from the cinch binders.  Added a ribbon to hang it!  I love the way it turned out, but now I need to add more to my door - maybe some huge ghosts!!!
You are probably wondering what I'm going to give out as blog candy - well here it is!!

Head over to Trish's blog next for more fun!!!
Here's the list of bloggers as well - so if you get lost somehow, come back and find your way!!!
Melissa - YOU ARE HERE!!!

Enjoy!
