Hi Ya Everyone!
Back again with a new challenge and release from Meljen's Designs. First, here's the awesome release. I absolutely love this set of stamps! Melissa has gone beyond adorable here for Halloween! Ok, Ok, I'll shut up and just show you!
First, I took a 5x5 inch card base and cut a 4.75 x 4.75 inch square from my Capella basic grey to wrap some sheer ribbon around. Next, I printed out my mummy bear and colored him with Copics. I only used the warm grey tones so he would match my paper. The bear was cut with my circle nestables and then mounted on a tan piece of card stock. I also mounted the basic grey on the same card stock. Last, I blew up the stars on the bear and printed them on the brown paper and cut those. Some are popped and others are adhered flat.
Enjoy!
Great card Melissa, I love the wrapped ribbon detail to tie in with the mummy theme.

Love the ribbon gauze.......such a cute card!
ReplyDeleteCute card, I really love how it dose not have the "normal" halloween colors. Great job!
ReplyDeleteThis is just to cute! Love the sheer ribbon you wrapped around the bg. And that stamp-awesomely adorable!!! I just love this card! :)
ReplyDeleteOhmygoodness!!! :) Those stamps are too cute! I'll have to go & check them out...and I like what you did with the stars (the great thing about digitals-getting to resize them, etc.)! I love how your ribbon has a mummy feel to it, too.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing,
Jennifer
