My Favorite Things New Release!

I have been so honored to be part of the new release NOW available at MFT that I could cry. It was a PERFECT birthday present since today is my birthday and today is the release! I created this adorable card using the new stamp set from Stacy Yacula, Traveling Friends. I stamped the buildings and masked and stamped to create a fun city behind this adorable mousey duo. I colored everything in Copics and then cut out the mouse and a few buildings to pop up. The sentiment was a perfect addition.

Make sure to check out the MFT Blog so you can find all the most beautiful inspiration and links to all the new products.

Friends with Sweet November Stamps

Hi ya everyone!  Did you know, there is another new and adorable image at Sweet November that released just today?  Her name is Ocean Wavedancer and her adorable dolphin friend is Echo.  Together they make a playful pair.  I enjoyed coloring her in Copics and ink blending a fun ocean background.  I then stamped some solid colored plants and bubbles.  Finally, I topped it off with a white heat embossed sentiment.  You can find her in the Sweet November Stamps Shop right now.

Best Wishes with Evelin T Designs

I love creating elaborate card scenes, but sometimes I like a sweet and simple design.  Evelin T Designs has the perfect stamps for just that.  I actually used an adorable Halloween set called All Hallow's Cuteness.  I colored them in Copics and used a circle stitched die to cut them out.  I also used adorable paper from La-La Land Crafts called Endless Summer Pack.  I did do a bit of masking to create the scene with the tiny mushrooms.

Hello!  Today, I'm sharing a fun card I made using the adorable Sushi Time from Sweet Escape Digis.  I decided to go with a fun background that I drew with pencil first, then colored in with my Copics.  I then layered the image on a red sparkle cardstock and gold stock on my A2 size card.

Life is Sweet - LDRS Creative

Hi everyone, I'm going to show you a step out tutorial on how to create the above card using the fabulous LDRS Creative Hybrid Inks and the new stamp set Goody Gumdrops and Life is Sweet.
First, I chose a rainbow of gorgeous Hybrid Inks: Kiss Me RedIn Your Face Orange, Dan-D-LionKey Lime Pie, Swimming Hole and La La Lavender.  I chose the peppermint stick/candy stick from the Goody Gumdrops stamp set.
Next, I repeated stamping the peppermint stick with the multiple Hybrid Ink colors in a rainbow color palette.  I stamped on white cardstock cut to 5.5 inch x 4.25 inch.  Once I stamped across the whole sheet, using the edge of the peppermint stick to line up each stamp, I cut the paper down to a 5 x 3.75 inch.
I then stamped the Goody Gumdrops candy jar on white cardstock with my Raven Hybrid Ink and colored this is alcohol markers, matching the colors to the hybrid ink.  I then fussy cut the jar with fine tipped scissors.
I cut black cardstock to 4 x 5.25 inch to layer under my stamped panel.  I also cut another piece of black cardstock to stamp the Life is Sweet sentiment from the Life is Sweet stamp set.  I stamped in LDRS Creative Watermark ink.  Then heat embossed the white LDRS Creative embossing powder.
Next, I cut a piece of paper from the 6x6 paper pad Sweet Sensations and adhered the cardstock, black cardstock, stamped cardstock and sentiment panel together.  Last, I popped up the candy jar and added to the left of the sentiment panel.
