Refreshing - iCopic Lover Challenge

Hi ya everyone!
  Well you know the old saying....make lemonade!  I love these little lemons from Some Odd Girl.  I have this adorable sentiment stamp set that had the phrase When life hands you lemons make lemonade and when I saw this sweet image I couldn't resist! 
I also have this fabulous stack from DCWV that has so many beautiful yellow and green papers!  The challenge at iCopic Lover this week is to use your Copics to color your embellishments.  I have this white pearl flourish that I've wanted to use and when I placed it on my card I knew the green I colored it looked fabulous. 
I almost never finish the inside of my cards as I make them.  Not because I don't want to but because then I can save them for any occasion.  This time though I had to finish the inside!

    Melissa this card is GORGEOUS! I can't get over the coloring on is and all the little speckles on the lemons... they look real, I just want to squeeze them... but they keep watching me so I can't! LOL

    Hi Melissa I've been keeping track of your blog for a while now and not commented before but I love this card so much I thought I really ought to comment.

    I adore the subtle colouring of the lemons and the dots on the skin are genius. The pearls are so perfect as are the dp's you've used. It's just fabulous and would definitely cheer me up and indeed made me smile when I saw it.

    Ohh wooow!! So sweeeet (strange thinking we are talking about lemons)! This card is super cute, and the sentiment PERFECT! A good saying, I think, fantastic for proceed on during the life!! I love the paper you used, too... just gorgeous.
