All I Want For Christmas is - Santa's Helper - Tiddly Inks Challenge

Hi ya Everybody!
Ok, so does anyone remember this post?  I ask because I love love love Christy Croll's (creator of Tiddly Ink stamps) stamp Charles's Tulips.  I mentioned in my other post that he's the perfect man - tall, dark and handsome and no mouth to screw it up!! LOL - anyhow, she's done it again - she's created another oh so sweet stamp featuring my favorite Charles - as Santa's Helper.  The challenge this week at Tiddly Inks is to create a card using Christmas music as inspiration...well I was listening to Christmas music (which secretly I've been doing since before Thanksgiving - I know, I know) and kept hearing "All I want for Christmas is YOU" and well when I think of Tiddly Inks and what I want - well it's Charles.

So, naturally I needed a stamp that matched - and the ever so amazing Christy that never disappoints had the perfect stamp for me!!!  I also used her amazing village called Harmony.  I love this because it's the perfect backdrop for my scene but it's also amazing alone.  I paper pieced some of the houses, added some stickles to the windows for lights and the door on the hearts.  I also added some wispy fireplace smoke.  I popped a few of the houses up for dimension.

I colored Santa's Helper with my Copics and popped him off the page - I also added a few stardust stickles to his trim.
(insert soft dreamy *sigh* here!)
Finally, I added a dust of snow to the bottom for a cold snowy effect - and you have what I want for Christmas...LOL
Head on over to Tiddly Inks - pick up a Charles/Santa's helper of your own and join in on the fun at the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog! Remember use a Christmas song as inspiration!
Enjoy!
