Kiss Me You Fool - Tiddly Ink Challenge

Hi ya everyone!
This week at the Tiddly Inks Challenge blog we have a fun Valentine's Day Challenge - Kiss Me!!  You a fun sentiment that includes the word or kiss symbol (x - as in xoxo :D) Or how about a big huge pair of lips!?  Check out this cute Tiddly Ink image - Smoochie - she would be perfect for this challenge and can be found in the Tiddly Inks store:

Now, if you don't want to spend the money right now on a digital - here's the place to grab some freebies!
For my card I chose the fun Tiddly Ink image called Royal Proclamation.  Isn't she so demanding! The first time my husband and I kissed - well let's just say I went for it - LOL - so this stamp reminded me of myself!!  I colored her with my Copics and then cut her out - which wasn't easier because I made her a bit smaller then I should have.  Then I set her to the side.
Next, I took my oval nestables and cut out a small one and inked the entire thing with my Black Soot ink by Tim Holtz.  I computer generated the Kiss Me You Fool and used PowerPoint to make the oval shape.  A quick hint if you would like to do this is to blow up your screen to 100% and hold the nestable you want to use right over it!  Then I grabbed some of my delicious Basic Grey Paper from the Olivia stack and set to work arranging a fun layout.  I grabbed my scroll die cuts and cut red basic grey scrolling out and placed under the nestable cuts.  I then inked the sentiment piece in my Tim Holtz Brick Red ink.  Last but not least I added some red pearls and a sheer ribbon to the corner!

I love the way she turned out!  Head over to Tiddly Inks and enjoy the fun!
Also, Christy added some amazing images to the store tonight!!! WOO HOO - and a great freebie - but you have to head to the store to get it!  Check out these new images!

The first time I kissed my husband, I had a concussion and 5 stitches in my head....LOL He was very gentle and sweet and took great care of me. I think it would have been forever before he kissed me but he had an excuse what with me injured and all. :)
