A Tiddly Inks Happy Brithday!

Hi ya everyone!  Back with a little Tiddly Inks action today using the new and adorable Starry Birthday!  She is so much fun to color with that long luscious hair.  You can find her here.  I used my Copics and created a cloudy background.  The paper is all Echo Park!  I hope you have a Fabulous Inky Friday!
