For The Love of Everyone Blog Hop - Day 2

Hi ya everyone! Here we are at day 2 of our blog hop! I hope you all enjoyed each project that was posted yesterday and are ready for more yummy inspiration! Again, I will be giving out some fabulous ribbon (your choice) from The Prairie Bird Boutique...
Color choice is yours!
and to qualify for my prize you have to leave a comment on BOTH posts. So if you missed yesterday just scroll down and comment on the post below! Also, don't forget our sponsor at Thirty-one, Celeste.  She's offering a grand prize of a gorgeous large tote!!   To qualify for that prize you must comment at least once on each blog!
Now, on to my card.  Today I chose an image from Kenny K downloads called Trouble Maker.  I like her because the melting ice-cream reminded me of how my hubby makes me feel...all melty inside! LOL - so the sentiment was computer generated first - Valentine, you melt my heart.
I colored her with my Copics.  Isn't she a cutey - so Red Hot right?
I used my nestables to cut the sentiment out and then backed it with some Basic Grey Urban Couture paper.  The entire card paper is from that same stack.  Each element was inked with Tim Holtz Walnut Stain.  I used the tag from this Basic Grey set and trimmed off the tip so it was no longer a tag.  Next, I used a few things that Patsy had sent me when I ordered my ribbon from The Prairie Bird Boutique.  I love to recycle and the ribbon comes in this fabulous little scroll with printing on it.  So I inked the edges and placed that on my trimmed tag.
Next, I cut an oval with my nestables in a distressed brown and inked the edges.  I placed Trouble Maker on the oval to the side so her foot looks like it's resting on the oval.  Next, I took some small flowers that Patsy had placed around the sweet bags that her ribbon is delivered in, and lined a bit of the oval.  I finished off with some gorgeous brown crinkle ribbon from Prairie Bird Boutique, added a red button with inked twine and placed some red and white pearls here and there.
Oh, I also added a heart that I distressed and inked.  I hope you like this card as I loved how it turned out!  Now, don't stop here...hop on over to Yolie's blog to see what spectacular something she's created for you today!

For The Love of Everyone Blog Hop - Day 1

YAY! Today is the day - the beginning of our Valentine's Blog Hop called For the Love of Everyone!  I'm so excited to be participating in this fun hop.  The hop will be a two day hop.  What does that mean for you, each blogger will be posting at least two projects - one today and one tomorrow.  Leave a comment for both days and have double the chance of winning prizes on each blog and get an extra chance to win a tote from our AMAZING sponsor Celeste at Thirty-oneIn order to be eligible for the tote you must go to each blog at least once and leave a comment.  You will WANT to as the inspiration will be phenomenal!  So sit back, relax and have fun!  Each blog will have a Next Blog button too - so just click on that.  If you encounter a problem just take a look at the list instead!
Our theme is "Red Hot" so I decided to make a sexy little devil card!  I used this adorable image from The Greeting Farm that's supposed to be a Halloween digital called Hallo Shedevil.  I colored her up with my Copics - concentrating on reds and black with flashes of white.
Originally, I wanted to have flames around her, but I just couldn't get them to look right so I decided to switch to this swirly/sparkly black and white paper.  I added some crinkle ribbon I bought from my FAVORITE ribbon store called Prairie Bird Boutique.
Patsy is WONDERFUL and her customer service is AMAZING!  And just look at this gorgeous ribbon!
I did cut a few hearts on my Cricut from George and Basic Shapes.  Each element was inked with my Tim Holtz Black Soot ink.  I used a Martha Stewart corner punch on two ends of the black swirl paper.
I ended with a few clear gems on her dress and on each heart.  I also decided to add two red pearls to my sentiment which was computer generated and cut using my oval die cut.  I lined the background with my scalloped nestable in a red.  I added pop dots to the little devil and popped her off the card.
Now, on to the good stuff.  I will be giving away to two lucky winners their choice of one bundle of ribbon (3 colors) of Prairie Bird Boutique crinkle ribbon.
* Example Only - You choose colors*
All you have to do is leave a comment today and tomorrow!  Now, on to the next gorgeous creation in our line-up.  Yolie has created something inspiring and downright stunning!  Now if you get lost because a link did now work properly - just look at the list!
