Thinking of You with MFT Stamps

Hi ya everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using two new adorable stamp sets from MFT Stamps.  The beautiful first set is called Happy Hummingbirds and I colored them with my Zigs Clean Color brushes.  The second is the Dandelion Greenery stamp set which I stamped in Versafine Clair ink.  I have to tell you, that Dandelion set is truly a must have.  I have used it in underwater scenes and backgrounds such as this.  I also used the MFT die Stitched Rectangles.  The scalloped die is from My Next Stamp.  The background was ink blended with Catherine Pooler Inks.  I also added some white splatter.  The sentiment was heat embossed using silver embossing powder from Hero Arts.  

Sweet November is BACK BABY with Tide Mayfin

Just a Little Chicken - 7 Kids Customer's Create Hen Party

Every Saturday brings us a new creation and a new LIVE on Facebook at 7 Kids Customer's Create!  I so enjoy creating and coming onto a Facebook Live is such a joy.  Having creators in beginning stages and those who've been creating for years, feels like a community of artists collaborating together to come up with a creation that we all can be proud of and love.

Together, we choose images, colors, textures and design.  The 7 Kids Customer's Create community is a place to learn new techniques for free and with a group of ladies full of love and support.  I've never been part of a community of loving crafters like 7 Kids.

7 Kids Live - Shaker Card

Hi ya everyone! I love doing Saturday Night Lives on Facebook.  This card was a result of one just over a week ago.  I love this adorable Catherine Pooler set called Feathery Friends.  Also, at 7 Kids we have the new Versafine Clair and StazOn pigment inks!  I used the Versafine Clair to stamp the sentiment and bird, but used the Snowflake White for the vellum.

We created a beautiful shaker card with the vellum and sequence.  The bird was water colored with my Zig brush pens.  Last, I added Nuvo drops in eggshell.

A Newfound Love - Lavinia and 7 Kids

I've heard of Lavinia Stamps, but honestly, I didn't think they were my style.  That is until my sister talked me into giving them a try!  Now, I have a newfound love.  Coloring a gorgeous background and then letting the stamp silhouette sit on top of said beautiful background is striking to say the least.  I used Catherine Pooler Inks to blend a pretty background.  I used Queen For A Day, Rockin Red, Twisted Orange and Limoncello with my Picket Fence Studios blending brushes.   Next, I splashed on some water.  Finally, I stamped all those gorgeous stars in the sky with White StazOn Pigment Solvent Ink.  Last, I stamped the Fairy in Versafine Clair Nocturne.  I did add Sheer Shimmer spray to make it sparkle too!

Blending Versafine Clair Inks

I just love fall and today I'm sharing with you my Imagine project for October!  I just love my Versafine Clair inks because they stamp the perfect sentiment, but did you know they blend beautifully too?  Check out my tutorial on the Imagine channel above!  All products used are listed on the YouTube channel description box!  Just look for the Imagine channel!

Too Sweet - stamping on fabric with Versafine Clair

Hi ya!  Have you ever tried to add fabric to your card?  Sometimes that simple touch can do so much.  The texture adds a nice touch that makes the receiver want to touch your card.  In addition, the new inks from Versafine Clair are just delicious.

They stamp so well that stamping on fabric is so nice.  The ink does not spread out or move once stamped.  The image is crisp and clean.  You'll see in this wonderful video I created for Imagine.  Also, if you haven't gotten a chance to check out the Versafine Clair inks, you can watch my quick review on them.
