My Favorite Things New Release!

I have been so honored to be part of the new release NOW available at MFT that I could cry. It was a PERFECT birthday present since today is my birthday and today is the release! I created this adorable card using the new stamp set from Stacy Yacula, Traveling Friends. I stamped the buildings and masked and stamped to create a fun city behind this adorable mousey duo. I colored everything in Copics and then cut out the mouse and a few buildings to pop up. The sentiment was a perfect addition.

Make sure to check out the MFT Blog so you can find all the most beautiful inspiration and links to all the new products.

I colored the small cuties in Copics and used the fabulous 100lb card for creating the shark using the Baby Shark die.  If you aren't sure how I got the murky water look, make sure to check out the LIVE.

Then What Happened with MFT Stamps

Hi ya everyone! I had fun creating this fun My Favorite Things card using the adorable Magical Friends stamp set.  I watercolored the cuties in Zig watercolor pens on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper.  I fussy cut these out and created a fun background to pop them on to.  The background was ink blended with Catherine Pooler Inks: Something Borrowed, Suede Shoes and Juniper mist around a circle mask for a moon.  Next I ink blended the grass with Spruce.  Last I used a Picket Fence Studios stamp called On an Autumn Countryside of the trees and grass.  These were stamped in Versafine Clair in Rain Forest and Fallen Leaves.  I then added some Sheer shimmer mist to my Catherine Pooler Limoncello Ice Liquid sparkle and painted the moon being sure to not touch ink blended portions of my sky and grass.  I then added an MFT die cut Stitched Scalloped Rectangle and placed on an A2 card base.

Thinking of You with MFT Stamps

Hi ya everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using two new adorable stamp sets from MFT Stamps.  The beautiful first set is called Happy Hummingbirds and I colored them with my Zigs Clean Color brushes.  The second is the Dandelion Greenery stamp set which I stamped in Versafine Clair ink.  I have to tell you, that Dandelion set is truly a must have.  I have used it in underwater scenes and backgrounds such as this.  I also used the MFT die Stitched Rectangles.  The scalloped die is from My Next Stamp.  The background was ink blended with Catherine Pooler Inks.  I also added some white splatter.  The sentiment was heat embossed using silver embossing powder from Hero Arts.

Birthday Cactus with MFT Stamps

Hi ya everyone!  Today I created a card using the MFT Stamps set called Let's Stick Together.  I stamped the cactus in Memento Angle Pink and colored them with Zig watercolor brush.  I also used Field Day card stock to create a small scalloped background with the Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frames.

I layered the Field Day paper with the Cactus scene and placed both on the Primitive Cream card stock.

Mission Control Birthday with MFT Stamps

HI ya everyone!  I love these cuties from MFT stamps and I could NOT wait to create a fun watercolored galaxy using my Daniel Smith Watercolors.  I am taking Sandy Allnock's fun watercolor classes and branched out to have fun making this galaxy.  The cuties are BB Space Explorer and were colored up in Copics.

I also used Hero Arts silver embossing powder for the sentiment.  The white splatter was created with the Dr. Ph. Martin's white bleed proof which is awesome as it doesn't pick up the color behind.

I of course used my favorite papers - Arche's 140lb Cold Press for the galaxy and X-Press It for my Copic coloring.
