Fabulous Friday and my Friday top 10

Hi ya everyone and Happy FRIDAY!  I hope you got a chance to check out the wonderful new images at Tiddly Inks this week.  If not, click HERE for all the cuteness!  There are so many adorable fairies and two new gothic cuties like the one above to drool over.  Check out Whatever Blooms, a cute gothic girl that I colored in my Copics.  Don't you just love her little outfit.  I loved using my fun papers and embellishments to really make her pop off the page.

I thought I'd start doing something a little different on Friday's.  I love the idea of telling you why I love the products I use.  Today, I wanted to start with my Tiddly Ink stamps.

Top Ten Reasons Why I love Tiddly Inks
10.  A stamp for every occasion
9.  No matter my mood, I can find something perfect to match it (I just love a quirky gothic image every now and then)
8.  Who doesn't want to color all that long luxurious hair??
7.  Don't feel like coloring a person, there are so many adorable pets!  I especially love those that do naughty things (Silver I am Sorry)

6.  Fairies - I mean what little girl doesn't love the idea of a sweet fairy.  Did I mention they have glorious hair to color :)
 5.  The most talented design team around!  Need inspiration, check out today's Fabulous Friday post from those awesomely talented gals.
4.  Digital and Clear stamps are available to fulfill all your needs and wants.
3.  So much fun to color, from flowy dresses to fabulous flowers...did I mention GORGEOUS hair?
2.  Images that are quirky, light-hearted, and whimsical all in one!
1.  An artist that loves what she does and does it with such a big heart!  Truly, Christy is one of the most generous people I've ever known and probably one of my favorite people in this big world!

For the Love of Tiddly Inks

I am in love with the new release at Tiddly Inks.  These girls are just too adorable and so Victorian!  It's so hard to pick just one (and Tiddly Inks has them in a bundle so you don't have too) - so I had to create another project using Precious.  I pulled out these gorgeous papers that I've just had sitting untouched in my stash and decided that they were just perfect for this image.

Tweet Easter - Fabulous Inky Friday

Hi ya everyone!
I love this new image at Tiddly Inks - Minnie's Egg digital stamp by Christy Croll at Tiddkly Inks is just too sweet holding that big old Easter egg.  If you love her but if you don't need to make an Easter card there is another Minnie in the shop HERE.  I saw a really beautiful mini album in one of my craft magazines that had an advertisement for Spellbinders and they used this above nestable for the album.  I loved the look and decided to modify it for a card.
I colored Minnie's Egg in Copics - I also included the colors I used.
and here are the Copics I used:
I cut her out with a different nestable I used and inked the edges in a Tim Holtz ink called Faded Denim.  I also used my colorless blender and placed some polka-dots on the large egg.  I then added white gel pen to her egg and also put a little squiggle on her glasses.  Then I glossy accented her glasses and added Stardust Stickles to her egg's dots.  I set her to the side to dry.
Last, I made this adorable frame from my nestables and used foam squares to pop it off the Echo Park paper with hearts.  I cut out some adorable little chicks and chick eggs from the cartridge Simply Charmed on my Cricut and adhered those to the frame.  I then stamped the sentiment Have a Tweet Easter on white paper and backed it with the same blue in the eggs.  I then placed Minnie in the frame and added the sentiment!  Head over to Tiddly Inks and check out their cute images today!

What's UP Dog?? - an Early Fabulous Friday

Hi ya everyone,
I'm posting my Tiddly Inks Fabulous Friday card a bit early because I used a tutorial from She's A Sassy Lady - she is also having a GIVEAWAY if you link up a project - check it out right HERE.  I LOVE the look of this style of card.  It still fits in a A2 envelope and the design is spectacular.  So I used Sheila's tutorial to make this card.
I cut out my What's Up image from Tiddly Inks with my oval nestable.  Then I created a background on my Gypsy using Accent Essentials cartridge.  I then colored my image with my Copics to match this paper from my DCWV Whimsical Stack.
I wrote the sentiment and cut it out with my nestables.  I then added a silky ribbon and placed a blue peice of paper in the inside of the card for a sentiment piece.
Head over to She's A Sassy Lady for a tutorial on the A2 Wide card and then to Tiddly Inks to check out the Fabulous Inky Friday - you might see a card you created!!!

Smile - Tiddly Inks Fabulous Friday

Hi ya everyone!!! It's time for another Fabulous Inky Friday!  I didn't post this on the main blog because there are just too many wonderful creations to share with everyone over there...but you have to check it out by clicking HERE.  I decided to make a fun little card using some new Copics I recently won at our local scrap and stamp place here in Oregon.  I first colored this wonderful image appropriately called Walk The Dogs from Tiddly Inks - ONLY $2 by the way!
I cut the image out with my paper trimmer and then added all the matching dots with my Copics...I love this effect.  I then used my Tim Holtz Black Soot ink and distressed the edges a bit.  Which leads me to entering this card in the challenge for Whimsical Wednesdays at Always Crafting!  Love their challenges and thought it would be fun to enter!
Next, I took a number of paper from one of my favorite DCWV stack Black Current and layered them.  I used a satin black ribbon to run along the bottom.  I then stamped this very cute sentiment "You make me Smile all over my Face" from Inkadinkadoo stamps with my Versafine Black ink.
I added a little satin bow and then a line of black gems.  I got the giggles after finishing this card...I'm not so sure the sentiment actually goes with the image since she doesn't have a smile...but don't pets do that for us - make us smile all over our face!?
Have a great weekend and don't forget about my BLOG GIVEAWAY for reaching 250+ members!
