My Favorite Things New Release!

I have been so honored to be part of the new release NOW available at MFT that I could cry. It was a PERFECT birthday present since today is my birthday and today is the release! I created this adorable card using the new stamp set from Stacy Yacula, Traveling Friends. I stamped the buildings and masked and stamped to create a fun city behind this adorable mousey duo. I colored everything in Copics and then cut out the mouse and a few buildings to pop up. The sentiment was a perfect addition.

Make sure to check out the MFT Blog so you can find all the most beautiful inspiration and links to all the new products.

Flying High Friends with MFT Stamps

I fell in love with the new stamps from MFT that come in their card kit for this month.  I didn't buy the kit because I have so many of their papers already, but I did buy the stamps and dies!  The stamps are called Sky High Friends and Best Adventure Bears.

All the images were colored with Zigs and the backgrounds were colored with Catherine Pooler inks.  First I watercolored then ink blended.

I also created one of these beauties in a Facebook Live right HERE.

Bring a Smile to My Face with Sweet November Stamps

Hi ya everyone!  I absolutely adore this cutie from Sweet November Stamps called November Mertot.  She is so happy to play in the waves with her ray friends.  Skate and Ray come with the adorable Sparkle Moondrifter mermaid.  This is why I love digital stamps, mixing and matching sets is so easy...and I can flip the rays around into a position that go perfectly with this playful cutie.  The entire scene was colored in Copics.  I used the Whimsy stamps die Card Builder Windows Die set.  Please join us on Facebook at Friends of Sweet November Stamps to share your creations with Sweet November Stamps.  You'll also find so much inspiration there too!  My sentiment is from My Favorite Things stamp set called SY Always Bring a Smile.

Stuck with You - My Favorite Things Sketch Challenge

Hi ya everyone!  I created this fun card using a number of items from MFT Stamps.  The card stock is from MFT in the following colors:  Sno Cone, Ripe Raspberry and Gravel Gray.  I also used the stamp sets: Birdie Brown You Have My Heart and Let's Stick Together.  I used the die cut called Single Stitched Rectangle from MFT Stamps.

The TV and popcorn bowl were digital stamps drawn by Amy Young of Adventures in Coloring with Amy!  Her and her sister helped me come up with this fun idea.  I taylored it to fit the adorable MFT Sketch Challenge seen below.  Amy and her sister are also the owner of Sweet November Digital stamps.
My Favorite Things Stamps has quickly become one of my favorite companies!  They have adorable stamps and honestly have some of the most wonderful sales.  In addition, free shipping on US orders of $25 and if you order $60 of product you get a free stamp or die!  I love this.  You can find more about them HERE.
The entire card was made during a Saturday Night Live and you can find those on my Facebook page Made for Creativity.

Heard You Were Dragon - My Favorite Things

Hi ya everyone!
Today, I'm sharing an adorable card made using My Favorite Things stamp set called, BB Magical Dragons.  I love this cute little set and the sentiments are so fun.  I stamped the dragon in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on Xpress It paper and colored him in Copics.
I love to add little dots in various colors and in colorless blender to give him an adorable textured appearance.  I simply popped him up on a piece of Bo Bunny paper.  I also added my favorite enamel dots from Whimsy, Summer Breeze, to the top.
Hope you have a great day!

Join Me for a Cuppa

Hi ya everyone!
We have a new inspiration post today at MarkerPop.  One of the things I love so much about my Copic markers is that you can color your own embellishments.  It's difficult to see in this picture but the bling on the side from Say it in Crystals Prima Marketing is colored with RV34 to match my image.  The image is from CC Designs and is called Kiki La Rue Latte.  The banners were cut using the Spellbinders Lacy Pennants and Pennants dies.  I stamped them in Pink Petunia VersaMagic ink using the My Favorite Things Stamp set Always Time for Tea.  The sentiment is from the Always Time for Tea stamp set as well.  Join us at MarkerPop where DT coordinator Samantha shares a video on how to color your embellishments.  Also, at Created from Color I have a tutorial on coloring your own ribbon.  This card can be purchased from my Etsy shop.
