Happy Howl-o-ween - SugarPea Designs

Hi ya everyone!
Today I'm sharing a Halloween creation using these cuties from SugarPea Designs.  I love this set, Monster Mash with matching dies that includes all the characters you see above, the sentiment and much more.  The pumpkins came from another SugarPea Designs set called Fall Fox.

I used the no lines coloring technique in which I stamped the images on XPress It paper with Angel Pink Memento ink.  The hills were cut with Stitched Hillside borders from Lawn Fawn.  The background web paper was from Echo Park called the Apothecary Emporium.  I inked the paper with Black Soot and Faded Jeans distress inks.  Lastly, I added the stardust stickles to the background for some stars!

I hope you enjoy my card.  Make sure to check out SugarPea Designs and all their adorable stamp sets!  I just love them.

Copics used:
Kitty:  E50, E51, E53, E55, E57, R20, R22, W00, W1, W3, W5
Pumpkin:  YR00, YR12, YR15, YR18, W3, W5

Sky:  B32, B34, B37, B39, 0 and Y15
Candy:  Y11, Y15, YR12, R24, R29
I used my 6x6 paper from Echo Park called I Love Family and backed it with Bazzill cardstock called String of Pearls.  Added a few buttons, twine, a bit of Wink of Stella and Sakura white gel pen and Glossy Accents, and was finished!

Make sure to check out the adorable new release at Whimsy stamps!  They have so many cute stamps.  I highlighted a few I received in the mail in my previous post.  Check it out if you get a chance.

Too Cute Pumpkin - Tiddly Inks

Oooh, I can't wait for Halloween!!!  I love fall and all the gorgeous colors and the cooler weather.  When I think of fall I think of Tiddly Inks.  This is a digital image from Tiddly Inks (which also has an adorable witch) printed on Copic X-press it paper.  I colored up the adorable Pumpkin Molly in my Copics.
Skin:  E000, E00, E11, E15, R20, R22
Pumpkin:  YR12, YR15, YR18, E19, R08, Y32, G94, G99
Shoes:  W1, W3, W5, W7
Hair:  YR20, YR21, YR23, YR24, YR27
I also added a few touches of prisma colored pencils to the pumpkin and her hair.

I reached for my 6x6 Echo Park paper, I Love Family, for my pretty papers.  Added some cute embellishments and felt ready for fall.

Also, if blogging isn't your thing, but you enjoy my creations.  I now have a Facebook page specifically for crafters that don't like to read blogs!  Head over and check it out: Made for Creativity

Hello - Whimsy Stamps and Wee Ruby

Hi ya everyone!
I'm sharing an adorable card I made using a Wee Rubber stamp, Ruby, from Whimsy Stamps!  I love purchasing from Whimsy Stamps.  Items arrive quickly and they are high quality.

I always start by stamping my image in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on X-Press It paper.  I colored Ruby in my Copics as follows:
Skin:  E000, E00, E04, E11
Pants:  BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78
Shirt/Vest:  R43, R46, E09 and YR61, YR65, YR68
Flowers:  R43, R46, E09, YR61, YR65, YR68, YR20, YR21, YR24, YR27, YG91, YG93, YG95
Hair:  E41, E42, E44, E47, E49
Background:  BG0000, BG000

After my image is colored, I mount the image on red card stock and trim the edges to a 1/4" width.  I cut a card base in white Neenah card stock to 5x10 and fold at the 5" mark on the 10" side forming a 5x5 card.  I cut another piece of red card stock at 4 1/2" and added an adorable piece of paper from Echo Park I Love Family 6x6 pad on top.  This sheet was cut to 4 1/4" and then mounted on the red card stock.

I used the Whimsy Stamp dies called Double Scallop Border and the Corner die (both are retired).  I adhered the Double Scallop Border die to a piece of Echo Park I Love Family paper and placed this on top of my base papers and then mounted all of it to the card base.  I finished my card by adding the sentiment, heart stickers, sheer ribbon and opal paper pen.

I hope you enjoyed my card today and make sure to head over to the wonderful Whimsy Store to find your own images today.  They also have a beautiful blog where you can find inspiration from all!  Don't forget they also have a DT call happening now!!!

A Wild Birthday

Hi ya everyone!  Today, I'm sharing a Tiddly Inks card with you using Hello My Pet Clear stamp set.  I love these stamp sets because the girls are a bit larger than most stamps.  This makes it easier to color and for those that like a clean and simple creation it's easier to fill most of the card with image.  The sentiment is also from the set.  I colored this cutie in Copics and used Echo Parks Eclectic Everyday.
